A report will be published detailing the current practice of leadership in the UK construction industry and its comparison. This will be developed as a briefing guide and published through the regional constructing excellence centre and core CKE activities.

Curriculum and content will be developed for a short course based on leadership development for SME’s.

Four in depth case studies of leadership best practice will be developed including success stories from construction projects and personnel in the UK and around the world. These will be published through constructing excellence and core CKE activities.

A total of four high level training events will be held and will focus on developing leadership capacity for SMEs based on the curriculum developed within the project.
